Add fingerprint sign in

Since we're not using pow, we can't use pow assent, however I was planning on using https://github.com/tanguilp/wax to support login with a phone fingerprint scanner or a yubikey

based on recommendations, i've instead added DRAM equivalent as the replacement for a shotgun slug's muzzle velocity, since that seems to be the most widely used equivalent for measuring muzzle…
