Add checkbox to ammo types marking them as global, so other users can see them

I have a couple of users using my instance and see this as being beneficial. We sometimes buy bulk ammunition together and split it evenly, so making some of the ammo types global would make sense.

Not urgent as we can get through making duplicates as is, but would be good as a low prioroty feature down the line
